PERANCANGAN UI/UX PERMINTAAN ALAT TULIS KANTOR BULANAN PADA PENGADILAN MILITER 1-04 PALEMBANG

Abstrak

The Military Court I-04 Palembang faces challenges in the monthly request process for office stationery (ATK), which is still conducted manually. This manual procedure often results in delays in distribution, data duplication, and recording errors, thereby reducing efficiency and transparency in administration. This study aims to design a digital information system using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach to modernize the ATK request process. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and documentation with finance and general staff. The system design includes use case diagrams, wireframes, and interface prototypes such as login pages, admin dashboards, request forms, item lists, and monthly reports. Testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method, showing that the system can automatically process requests, generate accurate monthly reports, and improve recording efficiency by more than 70% compared to manual methods. User evaluations also indicate that the simple and intuitive UI/UX design facilitates staff in submitting requests and assists administrators in managing data. Therefore, this system is expected to strengthen transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in ATK management within the Military Court I-04 Palembang.
